WelcomeThis is the home of West Covina Youth Soccer, District 4 League 16 of the California Youth Soccer Association Cal-South (CYSA-S).VOLUNTEER - Volunteers are the lifeline of our league. We strongly encourage everyone to volunteer in some way to help ensure that our children have a fun and successful season. Your child will benefit from every minute you help out. We need coaches, assistant coaches, board members, administrators and team parents. All of our coaches are CYSA trained and fingerprinted. If interested, please contact our league Vice President, Lionel Jimenez, LJIM301571@AOL.COM. 2012 Spring COED SeasonRegistration dates for Spring 2012 COED season are as follows:Monday, February 6, 6 pm-7:30 pm Saturday, February 11, 10:00am-2:00pm Monday, February 13, 6 pm-7:30pm Saturday, February 18, 10:00am-2:00pm Edgewood Middle School is located on Merced Ave and Orange Ave in West Covina. Registration will take place next to the track. If your child has not played in our league before, please bring a birth certificate at the time of registration. Online registration will open approximately February 1. Registration Fees for the Spring season will be: $75 for Fall 2011 players $85 for any player who did not play in the Fall 2011 season. Games will begin approximately the end of March or beginning of April and will end about the first week in June. We are always in need of coaches, if you are interested in coaching or know someone, please contact the division registrars. U18 ~ If a player was 17 years old on August 1, 2011, they ARE still eligable to play in the U18 division for the Spring 2012 season, regardless if they turned 18 AFTER August 1, 2011. The philosophy is development-oriented in a way that spurs creativity and soccer instincts, as well as team spirit and discipline.
